With proper instruction, our team is fully trained to open multiple lockboxes to ensure the property gets cleaned even if you can't physically be there.
Proper Documentation
You do not have to be present for a final walkthrough. Our professional cleaning technicians are able to provide proper documentation of your cleaning. You can request photos and detailed reports of the completed work for your records.

Transparent policies for quality service and client satisfaction
Cleaning Appointment Arrival Time
We have a 45-minute arrival window for our cleaning teams. This excludes unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we're running late, we'll contact you. Customers are expected to be available during the scheduled time window. If our team cannot access the property, a 15-minute wait period applies before cancellation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or if our cleaners cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply ($75 for residential, $150 for commercial).
Scheduling or service changes must be communicated directly to our office during business hours (9AM-6PM Mon-Fri, 9AM-4PM Sat).
Termination of recurring cleaning services requires notification before the next scheduled cleaning during office hours.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Zelle
- Cash
Payment is due upon completion of service. For commercial accounts, net 15 terms may be available upon approval.
A 3% service fee applies to all credit card transactions. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Scheduling
We schedule cleanings with arrival windows rather than exact times to account for traffic and previous jobs. For time-sensitive appointments, please inform our office when booking.
While we strive to maintain consistent cleaning teams, we cannot guarantee the same cleaners for every service due to scheduling, illness, or other factors.
If additional cleaning time is needed beyond the scheduled appointment, our team will request authorization before proceeding.
Employee Solicitation
Clients agree not to directly or indirectly solicit any R&S Elite Cleaning Services employee for independent services during their employment and for three (3) years following termination of employment with our company.
Service Guarantee
We take pride in our work and offer a 48-hour guarantee. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please notify us within 48 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge.
We do not move heavy furniture (over 25 lbs) or remove hazardous materials (mold, blood, etc.). Our technicians are not equipped for these specialized services.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They do not expire. If additional services beyond the certificate value are requested, the recipient is responsible for the difference.
Supplies & Equipment
We use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer specific products, please notify us in advance. Additional charges may apply for specialized products.
Holidays
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule. If you choose to keep the holiday appointment, holiday rates may apply.
Call Recording
For quality assurance and training purposes, calls to our office may be recorded. If you prefer not to be recorded, please communicate with us via email or our website contact form.

Terms of Service
Agreement between R&S Elite Cleaning Services and our clients
By booking services with R&S Elite Cleaning Services LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling, accepting an estimate, or allowing our cleaning technicians to perform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Policies.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional cleaning services as described in our service agreements and estimates. Services include but are not limited to:
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Recurring maintenance cleaning
Specific tasks and scope of work will be detailed in your service agreement.
3. Exclusions & Limitations
Our services do NOT include:
- Moving heavy furniture (over 25 lbs)
- Removal of hazardous materials (mold, asbestos, bodily fluids)
- Pest control or extermination
- Window cleaning on second stories without proper equipment
- Cleaning of extreme biohazard situations
4. Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments are scheduled with arrival windows. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur fees as outlined in our Policies.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit cards, Zelle, and cash. A 3% service fee applies to credit card transactions.
Commercial accounts may qualify for net 15 terms upon credit approval. Late payments may be subject to finance charges.
6. Insurance & Liability
We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for:
- Damage to improperly installed items
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Items not secured against normal cleaning
- Electrical or plumbing issues unrelated to our services
Client agrees to provide a safe working environment and disclose any hazards.
7. Access & Security
Client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If access cannot be granted, cancellation fees may apply.
For recurring services, Client may provide keys or access codes, which will be stored securely and used only for scheduled cleanings.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge.
This does not apply to issues reported after 48 hours or for services not performed as agreed.
9. Employee Solicitation
Client agrees not to solicit for employment any Company employee during their employment and for three years following termination. Violation may result in damages equal to one year of the employee's compensation.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first attempt resolution through mediation in Orange County, Florida. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by Florida law without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Current Terms are always available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
